Naboth Hedin was a highly prominent Swedish-American journalist, author, and translator.

He served as the director of the Swedish-American News Exchange in New York during the 1920s and 1930s. He was deeply embedded in international art distribution, cultural exchange, and press relations.

After graduating from Harvard, Naboth Hedin worked as a prominent foreign war correspondent stationed permanently in Paris for the Brooklyn Daily Eagle. He famously covered the arrival of American troops and front-line action.

Following the war, he remained in Paris to cover the historic Paris Peace Conference for the Universal Press.

By 1926, Hedin became the Director of the Swedish-American News Exchange. In this high-profile role, he regularly traveled, managed international cultural diplomacy, and interacted directly with North American expats and artists working abroad.
