Comments:

The American-Swedish News Exchange was established by the Sweden-America Foundation in Stockholm in 1921 and the agency opened its office in New York City in 1922. ASNE's main purpose was to increase and broaden the general knowledge about Sweden and to provide the American press with news on cultural, economic and political developments in Sweden.

No information has been found about The Traffic Association of Stockholm.

Frank Milton Armington did in 1928 a watercolor painting of the same subject titled "The Old Coin Market, Stockholm."
